Recently someone asked me what we can do to move out of negative thinking and actions. First, determine if the negative thoughts are actually yours or not yours.

In my experience, very few if any of our negative thoughts are actually ours. The ones that are not ours may seem like ours because they are playing in our heads. The logic is that we are thinking them so why wouldn’t they be our thoughts? But thoughts can come that surely don’t feel like ours! When they do, we become dumbfounded, shake our head in disbelief, question our sanity and think – surely that isn’t me – I don’t feel that way!

So, when our own thoughts don’t resonate even for us, we have to wonder… Why are we having these thoughts? Where are they actually coming from?

Our Beautiful Minds

Thoughts can be powerful, beautiful and helpful at times, and dangerous at other times. It can feel like walking a tightrope; consciously navigating the convoluted, at times treacherous minefield of the thought world, and determining what is valid for us in the moment and what is not.

Our minds are powerful tools, and we use the mind plus inspiration/intuition for creating. That is a beautiful aspect of mind’s function when it works in our favor. Our minds are also critical and analytical, and can drive our attention to ‘beneficial’ fear, helping us to identify real, imminent danger. However, usually that kind of situation is accompanied with life experiences and gut-level feelings of authentic danger. At that point, our feelings, other instincts and the mind lead the way together.

Discerning real fear from false fear can be very tricky though — and it may seem as if I am talking out of both sides of my mouth here — as sometimes a fear thought that is not ours will create fear in our bodies where it did not exist before, and thus produce a false read. This is when we have to tune in and really ‘listen’ to our inner guidance. Tuning into our inner guidance and smartly assessing the present situation, in combination with the logical tools of the mind, will help us figure out if we are truly in a compromising position or thinking fearful or negative thoughts that have no purpose.

Where Are These Thoughts Coming From?

We can be bombarded with thousands of negative thoughts daily. When I say “negative” I mean thoughts that are not productive, not character building or soul supporting. They are thoughts of destruction, in one form or another, either toward ourselves or others.

Negative thoughts can be so powerful that we may feel compelled to make efforts to override them with positive framing or even grander efforts of completely detaching. If we don’t, the negative drain-train can overwhelm and capsize our lives. Sometimes these negative patterns/thoughts are so powerful they create overwhelming feelings of vulnerability, self hate, fear etc. and oftentimes we act out behaviors that we would have never normally considered.

So, if these negative thoughts don’t serve us, overwhelm us, and steer us toward negative experiences and feelings, why are we being bombarded with them? Why can’t we be bombarded with positive thoughts instead? I mean, what’s up with that?!? Why is there a consistent negative speak in our heads, instead of something uplifting, encouraging and loving?

Li Ching Yuen reportedly began his herbalist career at the age of 10, where he gathered herbs in mountain ranges and learned of their potency for longevity. According to one of Li’s disciples, he had once encountered an even older 500-year-old man, who taught him Qigong exercises and dietary recommendations that would help him extend his lifespan to superhuman proportions.  Apart from Qigong and a herb-rich diet, what else can we learn from this Master of Longevity?

How about this:  On his death bed, Li famously said, “I have done all that I have to do in this world”.  Could his peaceful last words also hint at one of the biggest secrets to a long and prosperous life?  It’s interesting to note that in the West, we’re often taught to believe that aging is something that must be “beaten” with high tech infrared devices and state of the art medication.

One aspect of your energetic being is sexual energy.  Now we have a lot of weirdness surrounding this part of ourselves.  There is a huge amount of shame as a race on this count.  This shame that has remained unresolved has made us prisoners to old hurts and old karmic threads that have kept us on the merry-go-round of karma for lifetimes.  LIFETIMES. But sexual energy is one aspect of who you are, and it is easier to deal with the more you allow yourself to be healed. Once you are able to clear each vehicle (as the Hindus call it), as you clear each center that channels energy through you, you can begin to have a clearer and more peaceful existence.  You can also use each center for life in a way that brings you fulfilment instead of snags or problems.

What makes Tantra so important isn’t that its about sex, its that it deals with sexual energy as a way to reach union with the divine.  See, the divine does not have the shame you have.  The universe has no problem meeting you and merging with you in any way you are willing to merge with it.  The vast consciousness that IT is simply has moved beyond shame a long time ago.  As a result of this, it seems perfectly capable of experiencing bliss and wonder no matter how we approach it.  the only thing missing is how WE react to the same thing.  Learning how to be without shame is important.  By this I do not mean to say that you are shameless and thus unstudied in your morality, no.  What I mean is that you are more like a child.  You return to a purer place within before all of the guilt and shame about your body, about who you are or how you are was put into place by you. When you do that, you experience whatever it is more directly, less encumbered.  When you do this sexually, you are dealing with a very powerful form of energy.  This energy can speed yourself along, but it is not for the feint of heart.  Using all of you is a beautiful thing in spiritual work.  It reaches into religion but without the dogma. Sexual energy, then, moves fast and is felt by others.  You need to be careful about how you direct it and use it.  As a result, your own mind and your own issues need to be healed and worked on so that the quality of your experience will continue to be more and more refined.

It is hard for some folks to know what remains.  What remains in you is what gets in the way with a direct experience of yourself and the divine.  What remains to be surrendered?  What is not in your highest?  It is hard to know what isn’t in your highest always…..because sometimes your highest is a few steps ahead of where you are…..so this means that you have to be willing to accept what your higher self sends to you as signs, as directives, or as outcomes or events that can lead you to the next step in your path.   In time, with enough attention, the answers will come.  I know this may sound laissez- faire, but I promise you that this is an aspect of co-creation that will work if you allow it.  the secret is that you can make ANY technique work IF you believe in it enough.  If doing a series of incantations allows you to believe that something will come to pass, then by golly, it will!  That is the nature of belief!  Ask that you be shown.  And be patient.

Keep at it.

Sometimes you need to be ready to see before you can see. Let the universe pave the way for you.  You think you are this limited being in this small body when in truth you are one life looking out through this one body but you have many many many more bodies, lives, experiences beyond comprehension.  With time being an illusion, ALL of you is available NOW.  Your future selves, your God or Goddess self in its advanced state is available to you…..and its at your fingertips.  Accelerate yourself….and you will see.

Discernment is something that has been critical when it comes to taking in any information.

8. There is a difference between channeling and receiving telepathic messages, and channeling can be easily infiltrated by the false light minions of the archons.

A good rule of thumb is that if a person hears voices in their head, speaking as clear as someone talking to them on the telephone, then this could easily be deception. There are false light beings that can pose as angels or spiritual guides. Telepathy is more of a connection with a being through thoughts and feelings, and is less susceptible to interference. The highest form of channeling is connecting with your higher self or parts of you that are in parallel lives.

9. Not all grey extraterrestrials are malevolent.

There are hundreds of grey alien civilizations in our galaxy and some of these groups are actually highly revered and accepted into the peaceful galactic councils and federations. There has been a deliberate campaign to group all greys into the same category in order to confuse people and to keep benevolent greys from being trusted.

10. The government has been traveling to the moon and Mars with ET technology since the 1950’s and has bases both places, as well as other places in our solar system.

Most life on other planets in our solar system exists within the planet or in another dimension. Our sun is a stargate to the cosmos and is full of beings coming and going at all times.

11. There has been a reincarnation trap that has kept many people stuck in a cycle of deception and low vibration.

It doesn’t matter that you’re suffering so much you feel you have to resort to a step this drastic.  Suicide is and always has been the ultimate social taboo.  People are terrified of it, and therefore terrified of you for not having honoured the rules.  At a time when you need tremendous love and support, you will be yelled at, cursed, accused of cowardice and selfishness, abandoned, and generally made to feel like a pariah.  This is a guarantee.

2)      Your Doctors May Refuse to Treat You

Many of us, when we enter therapy, sign a contract promising we will not attempt suicide during the duration of treatment.  Believe me, doctors will enforce that clause.  I once had a loving, committed psychiatrist call me in the hospital after I’d made a serious attempt.  I ran to the phone, eager for his help.  He terminated our relationship, not without empathy but with no wriggle room, either.  Even if you’ve never entered such a contract, you’re likely to experience problems with your ongoing treatment.  Doctors are very concerned about their liability, which means it may also be difficult for you to find another health care professional who’s willing to take you on.  You’re now officially labeled a risk.

3)     You Will Probably Fail

I’m no dummy.  I’ve read up on the subject of suicide.  And I’ve sincerely tried several times to kill myself, obviously without success.  Here’s why:  the body revolts.  It clings to life, no matter how ardently you try to break that bond.  But just because you escape death doesn’t mean that you escape suffering.  Time and again, I’ve inflicted horrible injuries on myself while falling into unconsciousness.  I once hurt myself so badly I was unable to walk for six months afterwards without the use of crutches.  Another time, I sustained such terrible bruises all over my body that when I was taken to the emergency room, the police assumed I was a victim of domestic assault and hauled my boyfriend in for questioning.  That was the end of that relationship.  However you may feel about life, it’s a powerful and tenacious force which we are apparently not supposed to tamper with.

4)     If You Live, You Will Feel Like a Failure

There’s nothing worse—or frankly, more embarrassing—than coming to after a suicide attempt.  You’ve made this enormous declaration of intent to the world, and now you have to admit you’ve reneged on your promise.  People will think you weren’t serious.  They will underestimate your pain.  How many times have I heard those terrible words:  “It must have just been a cry for help.”  Now when you tell people you feel suicidal, they will think that you’re crying wolf.  You will lose all credibility with your loved ones and your doctors, just when you need it the most.

So believe me, it isn’t worth it.  You need to tattoo this fact on your brain.  And you need to remember the obvious:  your life is constantly changing.  Yesterday I felt deeply suicidal.  Today I’m sitting in a lovely outdoor cafe, eating asparagus puree soup with a grilled cheese sandwich.  What changed in my life?  My brain chemistry.

I’m so glad I waited out the storm.  The grilled cheese tastes delicious.

Remember the ad, “More doctors smoke Camels than any other cigarette?” This was achieved by the tobacco industry infiltrating all the science journals, giving money to universities, and engaging in “scientist-for-hire” activities to push their poisons under the “scientific” claim that smoking cigarettes posed no health risks whatsoever. The exact same tactic is used today by the biotech industry to push toxic GMOs and deadly herbicides chemicals like glyphosate.

In the April 15th, 2015 edition of Lancet, the UK’s leading medical journal, editor in chief Richard Horton stated:“The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Science has taken a turn toward darkness.”

In 2005 Dr. John P.A. Ioannidis, currently a professor in disease prevention at Stanford University, published the most widely accessed article in the history of the Public Library of Science (PLoS) entitled Why Most Published Research Findings Are False. In the report, he stated:“There is increasing concern that most current published research findings are false.”

In 2009, the University of Michigan’s comprehensive cancer center published an analysis that revealed popular cancer studies are false, and that there were fabricated results arising due to conflicts of interest. They suggested that the fabricated results were a result of what would work best for drug companies. After all, a large portion of cancer research is funded directly by them. There is really no shortage of credible sources willing to state that we live in a world of scientific fraud and manipulation. All of this can be attributed to the “corporatocracy” we live in today, where giant corporations owned by a select group of “elite” people have basically taken control over the planet and all of its resources.This is precisely why so many people are flocking towards alternative treatment, as well as focusing on cancer prevention.

Much of what we surround ourselves with on a daily basis has been linked to cancer. Everything from pesticides, GMOs, multiple cosmetic products, certain “foods,” smoking, and much much more. You’ll be permitted to play the lone individual who, against all odds, succeeds in overcoming evil.

In other words, and this is vital to understand, if you first surrender your status as an independent individual in life, you’ll be allowed to play an undefeated individual onscreen.

That’s the reverse ticket, the reverse price, the reverse entry card.

If, on the other hand, you proclaim your status as an independent free individual in life, hostile to big government, repelled by political correctness, you’ll be marginalized and ridiculed and attacked and mocked and denied entry to the Club.

Hollywood demands movies in which free, powerful, and independent individuals win. This is box office.

Quite often, cowards who’ve given up their status as true individuals play those heroic roles.

It’s a formula. You see it in the military and you see it in secret societies: “We’ll break you down, and then we’ll build you up.”

Instead of trying to explain culture in terms of more culture, it would be more satisfying to find an ultimate evolutionary explanation for anti-promiscuity morality.In search of such an explanation, I collaborated with two other psychologists, Nicholas Pound and Isabel Scott, on a paper (free to download by clicking here) that has just been published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behaviour [3].

We hypothesised, based on the evolutionary concepts of paternity certainty and paternal investment, that in social environments in which women were more dependent economically on a male mate, people would be more opposed to promiscuity. When women depend more on men to provide resources for their children (paternal investment), then mothers and fathers both have greater interest in ensuring that fathers can identify their own children and thus deliver this investment. Because promiscuity undermines paternity certainty, people object to it more in environments entailing high female economic dependence.

We found that in U.S. states where women earn more money and are perceived as being less economically dependent on men, people were indeed less opposed to promiscuity.We tested this hypothesis in two studies involving several thousand U.S. residents. We found that in U.S. states where women earn more money and are perceived as being less economically dependent on men, people were indeed less opposed to promiscuity. We also found that individuals who reported knowing more economically-dependent women tended to be more opposed to promiscuity.

These relationships between female economic dependence and anti-promiscuity morality persisted, even after controlling for other influences on sexual morality such as religiosity and political conservatism. That is, female economic dependence wasn’t correlated with anti-promiscuity morality merely because religious and conservative people tended to score highly on both female economic dependence and anti-promiscuity morality; instead, female economic dependence explained variance in anti-promiscuity morality above and beyond that explained by religiosity and conservatism.

Moreover, attitudes towards promiscuity were specifically related to female income, rather than to male income or wealth in general.In communities where women earn less, people may be more hostile towards behaviours that are perceived (rightly or wrongly) to entail promiscuity.

These findings have potentially important implications for how people in different social environments judge the sexual behaviour of others. In communities where women earn less, people may be more hostile towards behaviours that are perceived (rightly or wrongly) to entail promiscuity, such as open marriage or homosexuality. People in these environments may also be more likely to think that promiscuous individuals deserve any hardships that befall them.

For example, if they perceive a pregnancy as having resulted from a woman’s promiscuity, they may see it as a justified punishment for her behaviour, and see abortion as an unfair attempt to escape this punishment.Our results don’t suggest that female economic dependence is the only influence on moral attitudes about promiscuity; religiosity and conservatism were also highly related to such attitudes in our study. However, our results do imply a hypothesis for why religious and conservative ideologies themselves tend to be anti-promiscuity: because they emerged in environments characterised by high female economic dependence.

Children will be grown in test tubes, according to the Brave New World plans of Huxley, and sex would become meaningless. Offspring allowed to subsist will be genderless automatons, made for slave-like subjugation and toil.
